Updated: Jun 13
The team at Frontier Developments plc today unveiled Jurassic World Evolution 2, the sequel to Jurassic World Evolution. This immersive new story of untold chaos featuring awe-inspiring new dinosaurs is based upon Universal Pictures’ blockbuster film franchise Jurassic World.
What to expect
There’s a brand-new narrative campaign voiced by cast members from the film franchise, exciting new features, four engaging game modes and an expanded roster of dinosaurs. It aims to provide fans with everything they need to create those authentic experiences for themselves.
Jurassic World Evolution and Jurassic World Evolution 2 are park management simulator games focusing on Dinosaurs for those not familiar with the games. You’re tasked with dealing with outbreaks, attracting guests, curing the sick and preventing disasters whilst researching and discovering new species.
For the first time, players will build their parks beyond the confines of the Muertes Archipelago. Jurassic World Evolution 2 brings new terrain and fresh challenges through each of its new locations. There’s beautiful new biomes, dense forests and scorching deserts.
Frontier has previously shown off some incredible simulator games in both Planet Coaster and Planet Zoo. Planet Zoo has very detailed management tools for caring for the animals and creative options to build out your park. Jurassic World Evolution 2 will focus on these features as they look to improve upon and bring the best experience they can for their fans.
This mode lets player immerse themselves in an original Jurassic World story as they lead efforts to control, conserve and contain dinosaurs alongside iconic characters such as Dr. Ian Malcolm (voiced by Jeff Goldblum) and Claire Dearing (voiced by Bryce Dallas Howard).
Everything players need to create the park of their dreams.
